Comunicados del Capi
Ayer, día 9 de Marzo del 207, el Comité Ejecutivo del BPI-ICB-CAPI visitó la Corte. Diferentes reuniones tuvieron lugar para presentar el nuevo CoEx: una reunión con la Oficina de las Víctimas, una reunión con la Oficina de la Defensa, una reunión con el Fiscal y para terminar, una reunión con la Presidenta de la CPI, Sra. Fernández de Gurmendi. Esta nueva presidencia con el nuevo CoEx y junto con algunos miembros individuales presentaron la nueva era del Colegio de Abogados Penal Internacional.

El Colegio de Abogados Penal Internacional BPI-ICB-CAPI se une al rechazo, denuncia y condena al asesinato de líderes y lideresas en La República Colombia. Crímenes que se están produciendo, a pesar de los acuerdos de paz entre el Gobierno y las FARC-EP.
Datos alarmantes comunicados por La Defensoría del Pueblo hacen constar que en 2016 fueron asesinados 120 activistas y defensores de derechos humanos, 33 han sufrido atentados y se han registrado 27 agresiones de líderes y lideresas sociales y activistas defensores de derechos humanos y 430 se encuentran amenazados.

The Defence Office of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon thank you again for your participation in the Fourth International Meetings of Defence Offices which were held in London, on 25th and 26th of November 2016.
Please find attached the Summary report of the Meetings in French, English and Arabic.
You will also find attached the questionnaire on Defence Investigations, which we thank you for completing in the language of your choice, and sending back to us, if you have not already done so. As Johann said during the Meetings,your answers will be very useful in that they will illustrate the Guide to Investigations with concrete examples from you experience.
Thank you again for your participation and we hope to see you again in Nuremberg for the Fifth Meetings in 2017.
