Dear members of the ICB, According to the decision adopted unanimously at the Executive Board meeting on 19.01.2023, it was established that the General Assembly and the elections for the Council and Executive Committee respectively of the ICB will be held in Barcelona on 31.03.2023. We are pleased to announce that we will start the application period for the ICB Council on 06.02.2023. The last day to apply will be 19.03.2023. After that date, the Executive Committee will proceed to validating the applications. The meeting of the General Assembly and the Elections for the new Committee and Council of the ICB will take place on 31.03.2023, in Barcelona. The documents required for applying to the Council and Committee of ICB: I. For individual members: - proof of the quality of an active lawyer and the proof that you are a member of a Bar - proof of payment of the membership fee. II. For collective members: Bar Associations and other Associations: - proof of payment of the ICB membership fee - the mandate granted to the person appointed to represent the candidacy. The application files will be analysed and validated by the ICB Executive Committee on 20.03.2023.
